Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
We aim to process all orders within 2 working days, not including weekends or bank holidays. If we are experiencing high volumes of orders, or the fulfillment of one of our suppliers causes delays, or we are unable to meet this timescale for any other reason, we will let you know as soon as possible via the email address you have provided on your order.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment Method: Royal Mail 1st Class
Estimated Delivery time: 1-2 business days
Cost: Variable depending on order and delivery address

Customs, duties, and taxes
Stephen Baxter Art is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Stephen Baxter Art is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We will ship outside the United Kingdom – please refer to individual items in the shop for delivery costs.
If, for any reason you would like to return your items we will accept the return of undamaged goods and refund in full (not including shipping costs). Stephen Baxter Art is not responsible for any return delivery costs. Refunds will be paid within 24 hours of receipt of returned items.
If you would like to exchange your item, please email us with the details of your request to [email protected]. We will refund or invoice the difference and process the order as soon as any funds owed to us (if applicable) have been received.
